When a district iPad is in need of repair, students should take them to their school's Media Center or other area designated by that school. The Media Center staff will determine if the iPad needs to be sent in for repair. If the iPad needs to be sent in, a backup of student data will be attempted and the student will be issued a loaner iPad. The process is outlined below.
