The district educational staff are responsible for:
Setting clear and consistent expectations for the use of the device at school for educational purposes
Monitoring the use of the device at school as much as possible
Developing classroom activities and instructional strategies that engage students and allow students to creatively use the device to learn and to demonstrate learning
Developing classroom management strategies that maintain the flow of learning with little disruption or distraction
Communicating with district personnel/staff or building administration if questions, concerns or issues arise related to the district-provided device
Communicating with parents/guardians regularly to inform them of how devices can be expected to be used at home, and to provide information related to the use of these devices for teaching and learning purposes
